- - Registration for the conference will be confirmed only after receipt of full payment.
- - All participants must register individually using the official online registration portal.
- - The registration fee includes: access to the conference, scientific sessions, trade exhibition, lunches on conference days, banquet, certificate of attendance, and the official conference kit.
- - All registration fees are inclusive of applicable GST unless otherwise mentioned.
- - Any additional bank or transaction charges are the responsibility of the registrant.
Refund Policy:
- - Up to 30th Sep 2026: 75% of the registration fee will be refunded.
- - Up to 15th Oct 2026: 50% of the registration fee will be refunded.
- - Up to 31st Oct 2026: 25% of the registration fee will be refunded.
- - After 31st Oct 2026: No refund requests will be entertained under any circumstances.
- - All approved refunds will be processed only after the conclusion of the conference (within 30 days).
- - Banking and transfer charges, if any, incurred during the refund transaction shall be borne entirely by the participant.
- - Requests for cancellation must be submitted in writing via official email to the conference secretariat before the respective deadlines.
